Somewhere in between is 432 cycles per second, which is what my crystals use as a baseline 'A' note. This maps onto the 3rd Chakra, Manipura.
I also use bowls hand crafted by Tibetan Buddhist monks from Ladakh, India. One, in particular, is designed for direct body work, like my Chakra tuning forks.
Chakra literally means 'wheel'.
